The 24-Day Journey
More than a trip, this bicycle journey became a lasting source of strength for me. Whenever life feels difficult, I think of Yan’an — it reminds me that no matter the situation, there is always something meaningful I can do, step by step, and I never give up.
I share this story on my website because the spirit of early childhood education is the same: steady effort, strong relationships, and hope. Young children grow through everyday moments — and adults grow, too, when we keep moving forward with purpose.
🚴 Days 1–8: The Beginning
Starting with excitement, learning to be flexible, and trusting the journey one day at a time.
🏔️ Days 9–16: Challenges & Growth
Long roads and changing weather taught me: progress can be slow, but every step matters.
👥 Days 17–24: Unity & Encouragement
What stayed with me most was human connection — teamwork, kindness, and the power of encouragement.

Support Before the Journey
Every meaningful journey is supported by people who care. Before this trip began, I felt encouragement from my family and from the community around us. That support helped the journey become possible — and it is a reminder that long-term goals are often built together.
Selected Reflections
Reflection: Some days were tiring, but the road taught me something simple and true: you don’t have to be perfect to keep going — you only need to take the next step.
Reflection: The most unforgettable moments were not about distance. They were about people — encouragement, teamwork, and small kindnesses that made everything feel possible.
Route Map
The route matters — but even more, the meaning we build along the way. This map is a simple reminder: big goals are achieved through small steps, taken consistently.
Why This Story Belongs on an Early Learning Website
Early learning is not only about children — it is also about adults learning how to guide with patience, how to build trust, and how to keep hope alive. The Yan’an journey reminds me that long-term change comes from steady actions, shared purpose, and the decision to continue even when things feel hard.
